The Bosque Museum receives many donation requests.  Due to the many factors, a museum cannot accept every artifact that is available.  If you feel that your artifact meets the mission statement of the Bosque Museum and you wish to donate your items to the museum, please email our Director at Director@BosqueMuseum.org

If the museum wishes to accept your artifact into its permanent collection, you will be asked to sign a deed of gift. Object Loans will not exceed 11 months.

The museum may request to see the artifact in person before a decision is made.
